Can a camera be easily transported to new site locations?

Yes. Once a camera has been configured for our servers, it requires only electrical power and an Internet connection (DSL or Cable). It can be easily moved from site to site. We also provide technical support during the transition to assist you with any issues that may arise.

How are installations performed?

For each site, you are responsible to provide an Internet connection (DSL or Cable) within 300 feet of all project cameras.

We offer two installation plans: standard, and on-site.

Standard Install: With our standard installation, we will ship you the camera along with associated hardware and instructions for installation. Telephone technical support is included. You are responsible to mount the camera(s) in the desired location and to provide power to each camera.

On-site Install: With our on-site installation, we will send a network engineer out to your site to perform the installation. The camera mounting locations must be on fixed structures and readily accessible.
For mounting on cranes or using bucket trucks, etc. you must perform the physical mounting and cabling and our engineer will complete the rest of the installation.

My project site is lit with floodlights at night for security reasons. Will the cameras still capture images after dark?

Yes. Our cameras provide monitoring 24 hours a day, so if you have a lit work site you can see what is happening at all times.

I'm working with the builder who will be building my new house. Can I use your services to monitor the construction of my home?

Speak with your builder and explain that you want to monitor the progress with iConCameras. For no additional charge, we will provide unique secure login for a homeowner to check the progress of their project.

Site monitoring makes sense for both builders and homeowners. Homeowners can be given access to the project website, and they can see the new house take shape. Additionally, builders want to provide their customers with a photo diary of the project as an extra service. Site cameras also reduce the number of trips to the job site just to "look around;" something builders often appreciate.
